Are you the kind of person to wake up all happy until you realise that the day is over? We are here to help.
How can you wake up early?
First, you should grab your phone and turn on DND (Do Not Disturb) so you can’t use any apps past midnight. This will remove the distractions that keep you awake. Then you set your alarm but you don’t put it beside you on your night stand. You put it on the other side of the room along with a water bottle. So when you wake up you’ll be forced to get out of bed to turn off your alarm and drink some water. Now instead of going back to bed, you open the curtains so some sunlight can get into the room, take a cold shower and do a 15′ workout.
Of course, you should always sleep early to get enough sleep. Here’s a list of how many hours of sleep needs every age:
| Age group | Recommended amount of sleep |
|---|---|
| Infants 4 months to 12 months | 12 to 16 hours per 24 hours, including naps |
| 1 to 2 years | 11 to 14 hours per 24 hours, including naps |
| 3 to 5 years | 10 to 13 hours per 24 hours, including naps |
| 6 to 12 years | 9 to 12 hours per 24 hours |
| 13 to 18 years | 8 to 10 hours per 24 hours |
| Adults | 7 or more hours a night |
