Every time you sit down to study you start a timer and work for as long as possible. When you want to take a break, you stop the timer and here is what you do. The longer you work, the longer the break is
25min = 5min Break
25 – 50 = 8min Break
50 – 90 = 10min Break
90+ = 15min Break
